On Wednesday, June 26th at 11 AM, the All Creatures Foundation will feature bats as part of their "Living with Animals" series and "Healthy Pets/Healthy People" program. Mr. Erik Crooks, a member of the advisory board, teaches science in southern Michigan. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Masters degree in Education. He will discuss the benefits of bats as pollinators and as environmentally friendly insect control. Find out how you can provide a safe place for bats to roost. Learn interesting facts about these beneficial and misunderstood mammals. Please join us for some healthy summer fun! This is a free event and geared towards kids ages 6-12, but everyone is welcome!
