Willow Skye Robinson has been an autoharpist for twenty-five years and a workshop leader at Michigan’s Dulcimer Funfest in Evart and other festivals throughout Michigan. She currently performs and conducts a variety of workshops under the sponsorship of the Wheatland Music Organization, based in Remus. Willow’s autoharp workshop, Son of a Strum, is for players of all levels, including folks who don’t have an autoharp — yet. The class moves from the basics to fearlessly playing melody using strums, pinches, plucks and patting — all socially acceptable, of course! If you don’t have an autoharp, come on out anyway! Must bring a sense of humor and a pick-y attitude!
